2. Funding Fee:

Purpose of Funding Fee: To promote a better pursuit of the index price through the means of fee compensation between multiple positions and short positions.

The Coin King Exchange does not charge any funding fees; funding fees are charged between users.

How to collect: Funding fees are swapped between long and short positions every 8 hours, at 00:00, 8:00 and 16:00 (Uniform UTC + 8). Funding fees are charged or paid only if positions are held at these points in time. If positions are squaring before the charging time, then no funding fees need to be charged or paid.

When the funding rate is positive, the long pays the short. When the funding rate is negative, the short pays the long. When holding positions in both directions, only the funding fees for the bare positions are calculated.
