Sievert has been a pioneer in Cyprus since the establishment of Ancoria Insurance (formerly Akelius Insurance) in 1987, which serves the Swedish and Cypriot markets by offering savings and investment products under life insurance policies.

His vision for a new type of bank led to the establishment of Ancoria Bank, a bank that always puts its customers first and can always be counted on for help, clarity and efficiency.

Sievert is one of the three main shareholders of Ancoria Insurance and the Sievert Larsson Scholarship Foundation.
