The Federal Bank of Lebanon is a retail bank established in 1952 by the late Michel Ayoub Saab as a retail bank registered as a joint-stock company. The bank provides retail services and currently only has offices in Lebanon. It is headquartered on Charles Malik Avenue in Ashrafiyah and has 9 branches across the country (Ashrafiyah, Ras Beirut, Alai, Dora, City Centre, Damur, Jaber, Bourji Hamoud and Mazra). The bank was one of the first 20 banks established in Lebanon and is today owned by Ayoub Farid Michel Saab and Fadi Michel Saab, two sons of the late founder. Federal Bank of Lebanon s.a.l has been on financial marekt for over 60 years and is the only Lebanese bank that is fully owned by Lebanese citizens. Led by a highly skilled management team and dedicated staff, the bank offers a full range of retail banking products and services. These services include: commercial, trade and corporate finance, retail banking, smart cards, ATM and financial marekt brokerage. The main objective of Federal Bank of Lebanon is to become a "boutique" bank with a distinct character, providing banking services mainly to small and medium enterprises.
