All virtual currencies will be offered by Nanu Gold Exchange for Nanu Gold Exchange to be traded and will be identified on the website in such a way as to reasonably indicate that such virtual currencies are available for Nanu Gold Exchange to be traded. Nanu Gold Exchange and their respective affiliates cannot transact with anyone located in the United States, whether he/she is a U.S. resident or a non-resident. If User is a person located in the United States, whether he/she is a U.S. resident or a non-resident, please stop using Nanu Gold Exchange Services immediately.

However, certain issues and risks are inevitable, and if such issues or problems are related to the use of Nanu Gold Exchange services, including technical difficulties in storing or trading virtual currencies, they may take days, weeks, or months to resolve, and some may not be resolved at all. By agreeing to these terms, the User acknowledges that Nanu Gold Exchange is not responsible for the above risks and that the User voluntarily assumes and accepts such risks when deciding to trade virtual currency on the Nanu Gold Exchange platform.

If User (a) is located in, or is a citizen or resident of, any state, country, territory or other jurisdiction embargoed by Slovakia, Switzerland and/or the European Union, then User may not use Services ; (c) be placed on economic sanctions lists, such as, but not limited to, the UN Security Council Sanctions List and its equivalent. If User is located in any country, region, or other jurisdiction, if User Use of Services would be considered illegal or violate any applicable law, then User shall not use Services .
