歷史

The Share Centre 由 Gavin Oldham 於 1990 年創立，他曾任職於 Barclayshare（現爲 Barclays Stockbrokers）。它的總部設在白金漢郡的艾爾斯伯裏。The Share Centre Limited 作爲 Share PLC 的子公司運營，直到被 Interactive Investor 收購。它是倫敦證券交易所的成員，受金融行爲監管局監管。
